1. Nature of Our Services — No Physical Shipping by weJIT
We Just In Time (Pty) Ltd ("weJIT") is a professional procurement facilitation and price negotiation service. weJIT does not ship, deliver, or transport any physical goods. Our services are delivered entirely online through our Platform at www.wejustint.com. weJIT does not hold, warehouse, or dispatch any inventory, and does not charge any shipping or delivery fees. All physical goods are sourced from and delivered directly by third-party suppliers to the Client.
2. Delivery of weJIT's Services
weJIT's services are delivered digitally. Upon subscribing to a plan and submitting a procurement request, you will receive the following:
| Deliverable | Method | Timeline |

| Subscription confirmation | Email to registered address | Immediately upon sign-up |
| Procurement request acknowledgement | Email + Platform notification | Within 2 hours of submission |
| Negotiated pricing results | Email + Platform portal | 48 hrs (Starter) / 24 hrs (Growth) / Same day (Enterprise) |
| Savings summary report | Monthly (Starter) / Weekly (Growth & Enterprise) |
All service delivery timelines are subject to the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Client. weJIT is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete specifications, unresponsive suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Physical Goods Delivered by Suppliers
When weJIT successfully negotiates pricing on your behalf and you elect to proceed with a purchase from a supplier, the delivery of those physical goods is governed entirely by the agreement between you and the supplier. weJIT is not a party to that agreement.
- Delivery timelines are set by the supplier and will be communicated to you as part of the negotiated quote.
- Delivery costs are negotiated as part of the procurement process. weJIT will endeavour to negotiate favourable delivery terms, including free delivery where possible, but cannot guarantee this in all cases.
- Delivery risk passes from the supplier to you upon handover of goods to the agreed delivery point or courier, unless otherwise specified in the supply agreement.
- Delivery disputes (e.g., late delivery, damaged goods, incorrect items) must be raised directly with the supplier. weJIT will assist in mediating disputes on a best-efforts basis but accepts no legal liability for supplier delivery obligations.
4. Delivery Areas
weJIT's negotiation and procurement facilitation services are available to businesses operating anywhere in South Africa. We work with suppliers who deliver nationally, including to all nine provinces, major metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein), and secondary towns and rural areas, subject to supplier coverage.
For deliveries to remote or rural areas, additional delivery costs or extended timelines may apply. These will be disclosed to you as part of the negotiated quote before you commit to a purchase.
5. International Delivery
weJIT's services are currently limited to procurement within the Republic of South Africa. We do not currently facilitate international procurement or cross-border delivery. If you require international procurement services, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your requirements.
6. Tracking and Confirmation
Where a supplier provides shipment tracking, weJIT will include tracking details in the quote summary or post-purchase communication. For suppliers who do not provide tracking, weJIT will request estimated delivery confirmation from the supplier on your behalf.
