1. Nature of Our Services

We Just In Time (Pty) Ltd ("weJIT") provides a professional procurement facilitation and price negotiation service delivered entirely online. weJIT does not manufacture, sell, stock, or physically deliver any goods. All physical goods are supplied directly by third-party suppliers to the Client under separate agreements.

This Returns Policy addresses refunds for subscription fees paid to weJIT. For returns or refunds relating to physical goods purchased from suppliers through our negotiation service, you must engage directly with the relevant supplier.

2. Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act)

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act), you have the right to cancel your subscription without reason or penalty within 7 business days of the date of sign-up.

If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of any subscription fees paid, provided that weJIT has not yet commenced rendering the service (i.e., no procurement request has been submitted or processed on your behalf). Where services have already been partially rendered, weJIT may deduct a reasonable amount for services already delivered.

To exercise your cooling-off right, send a written cancellation notice to [email protected] within 7 business days of sign-up.

3. Savings Guarantee Refund

weJIT guarantees to use reasonable commercial efforts to secure measurable savings for every Client in every billing month. If weJIT is unable to achieve any measurable saving in a given billing month, the Client may request a refund of that month's subscription fee as follows:

  1. Submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of the end of the relevant billing month.
  2. Include your account details, the billing month in question, and a brief description of the circumstances.
  3. weJIT will review the request within 5 business days and, if verified, process the refund within 7 business days thereafter.
  4. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of subscription.

4. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 7-business-day cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

If weJIT terminates your subscription due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued for any fees already paid.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If an error is confirmed, we will issue a correction or refund as appropriate.

6. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or any other applicable South African legislation. Where there is a conflict between this Policy and the CPA, the CPA will prevail.

7. Physical Goods Supplied by Third-Party Suppliers

weJIT is not a party to any contract for the supply of physical goods between you and a supplier. If you have a return or refund claim relating to physical goods sourced through our negotiation service, you must contact the supplier directly. Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to return defective goods to the supplier within 6 months of delivery and to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

weJIT will, on a best-efforts basis, assist you in communicating with the supplier if you are experiencing difficulty resolving a dispute, but we accept no legal liability for the supplier's obligations.
